Well beyond what stagers do, we digitally remodel properties (with planning permissions in mind) resulting in walkthrough visuals that help buyers see beyond the state in which a property hits the market.
Stagers clean up images and add furniture. We add structural changes like built-ins and islands, sunrooms, pools, decks and porches, staircase alterations, changing out flooring, molding and textural wall panels, removing walls to create more space, etc.
Our services include digitally renovated visuals for real estate platforms such as Rightmove as well as social-media-first content to showcase properties’ true potential on your agency’s socials. Check out our social media options here.

Meet the Founder
Isabella Dewhurst
An avid interior designer since the age of 6, Isabella has degrees in psychology and communications, marketing management, and digital strategy from the University of Florida, Harvard University, and King’s College London, respectively.
She has worked both within agencies and in in-house teams creating content for real estate, interiors, architectural, and adjacent brands.
“A glaring issue I saw was that the properties agents were listing hadn’t been updated for a decade at least. But asking prices were sometimes well above £1M. The listings would boast they come with all these planning permissions, but if the viewer isn’t an interior designer or inherently creative, how are they supposed to see properties’ potential (and in their minds, justify the price)? That’s when I started creating digital renovations for estate agents.”
What started as something aimed mainly at stale listings that weren’t moving has since become something many clients say is a necessity for all listings — it allows them to stay ahead of competitors in terms of selling speed, content quality and output, and even achieving offers well above asking prices.
